Nearing the Finish Line on Our Gramercy Park Apartment Renovation!

The renovation is coming together beautifully. Here’s what’s been accomplished and what’s next:

• Primary and Guest Baths: Almost complete.
• Custom Kitchen Cabinetry: Fabricated and installation in progress.
• Custom Pocket Doors: Installed for the foyer and media room.
• Media Room Flooring: Brand new herringbone hardwood flooring is set to be stained, along with the rest of the wood floors, in about two weeks.
• Custom Millwork: Underway for the media room dry bar.
• Custom Shutters and Glass Enclosure: Coming up for the kitchen display pantry.
• Crown and Base Molding: Nearly complete.
• Picture Molding and Chair Rails: Next on the list for the entry foyer.
• Chandeliers and Fixtures: Installation is forthcoming.
