The renovation is coming together beautifully. Here’s what’s been accomplished and what’s next:
- Primary and Guest Baths: Almost complete.
- Custom Kitchen Cabinetry: Fabricated and installation in progress.
- Custom Pocket Doors: Installed for the foyer and media room.
- Media Room Flooring: Brand new herringbone hardwood flooring is set to be stained, along with the rest of the wood floors, in about two weeks.
- Custom Millwork: Underway for the media room dry bar.
- Custom Shutters and Glass Enclosure: Coming up for the kitchen display pantry.
- Crown and Base Molding: Nearly complete.
- Picture Molding and Chair Rails: Next on the list for the entry foyer.
- Chandeliers and Fixtures: Installation is forthcoming.
