Studioteka checks progress on our cosmetic dental office project!

September 20, 2019

We’re almost at the finish line on a beautiful new medical office, having done this week’s walk through to prepare a punch list for the contractor. Working two days a week on construction has enabled this thriving practice to remain open and able to brighten people’s smiles during the renovations. We’ve added a second procedure room, and a brand new lab, and have spruced up the existing procedure room and hygienists’ areas with new custom millwork. New doors with inset glass are in place, walls are up with clerestory windows above, and brand new custom cabinetry has been installed throughout. Go team!

This is the brand new consult room with custom cabinetry designed by Studioteka! Next up, painting accent and general wall colors!
This is the hallway immediately in front of the consult room with its new translucent glass pocket door. The lab is next to it and is insulated to prevent sound transmission from the equipment within.
This is the corridor immediately past the reception desk. Staff kitchen is on the right, and the CT scan machine is straight ahead! The floors have been completely redone, and we’ve put a brand new acoustical ceiling and LED panel lighting to brighten the space.
This is a part of our new materials palette. Stay tuned for paint colors and accent walls!
Beautiful new dental chairs, lighting and equipment give the space the state of the art upgrade our client requested!
Custom cabinetry sits between the two dental hygienists’ rooms, allowing easy access to tools and supplies, as well as a designated spot for a computer tucked away.
More custom cabinetry in the background, seen from the hygienists’ area.
The custom millwork is made of laminated mica with a beautiful stone top that stands up to commercial use beautifully.
All the doors in the suite have been replaced with new white doors with a translucent glass inset panel, allowing for a more unified design aesthetic and improved functionality.
