Studioteka is happy to announce a new project located in Brooklyn! Two apartments are being combined into a 3-bed, 4-bath apartment with 6 terraces occupying the entire floor of a residential building in Williamsburg. The apartment will have a variety of spaces including an integrated bar, artist’s studio, and kids’ living room. The terraces will have 658 sqft of beautiful outdoor space overlooking the city.
