The kitchen redesign is also complete, featuring exquisitely detailed custom refrigerator and freezer panels with a smooth, seamless finish. After extensive workshopping, we perfected the grip on the door and drawer pulls, ensuring they are both elegant and functional. The integrated cabinet pulls in the kitchen are a horizontal flip of our vertical detail used in other areas, like the living room and primary bath cabinetry. Additionally, the reupholstered antique bench in the primary bath adds a touch of elegance to the new morning routine space. Designing with visual and tactile considerations in mind has yielded beautiful results.

We’ve enhanced the apartment with a custom-designed floor-to-ceiling bookcase, featuring integrated LEDs and an illuminated space to showcase art, artist monographs, sculptures, and antiques. The sleek vertical pulls on the closed cabinet doors add a grounding touch to the piece. This refined detail extends throughout the apartment’s custom millwork, including the kitchen cabinetry, a custom Murphy bed for the guest room, and a bespoke vanity and mirror cabinet for the primary bath.

To complete the living space, an oval Saarinen Tulip table and four Executive chairs provide a minimalist yet sophisticated backdrop for the owner’s vibrant modernist collection of works on paper.

The design of the space exudes serenity and elegance, featuring a spa-like ambiance with neutral tones and gold accents. The consultation room showcases a wall of custom white cabinetry, an elegant white patient chair, and a matching vanity. Throughout the suite, subtle design elements like cove lighting wash the ceilings and textured accent walls with soft, indirect light, creating a calming atmosphere.

At the heart of the space is a bespoke front desk, designed with integrated lighting and storage, that gracefully echoes the curving flow of the entire suite. This design cleverly disguises the many oddly placed columns, turning them into a cohesive part of the overall aesthetic. Even the hallways, often overlooked, serve as the beautiful connective tissue of this thoughtfully designed medical suite.

The bar features navy blue cabinets with elegant brass hardware, a crisp white tile backsplash, and a luxurious marble countertop. A wine fridge is seamlessly integrated into the cabinetry below, while a matching brass wine rack is mounted beneath one of the floating shelves, adding both style and functionality to the space.

A unique wall detail, designed by Studioteka, highlights a green antique tile featuring a cherub playing a flute—a piece with sentimental meaning for our client. The bathroom is equipped with all-new fixtures, including a Toto washlet, a luxurious soaking tub, and a compact sink. A new retro-Steampunk radiator completes the look, adding a touch of character to the space. A big thank you to our wonderful client and the team for a job well done!

The light and airy ambiance extends into the marble-tiled shower, enhanced by an elegant silver door pull. A new casement window brings in natural light, creating a peaceful, refined, and spa-like atmosphere throughout the space. It’s incredibly rewarding to see all these beautiful design elements finally come together!
